Relay Race

The game began with a ping-pong ball. Two players. Two clipboards.

One bounce at a time. It looked simple — until it wasn't. The ball veered, hands fumbled, and resets stacked up. Behind them, the rest of the team watched, shouting encouragement, laughing at near-misses, bracing for their turn. Once all pairs crossed the line, it was time to link up — literally. Hands locked, bodies twisting, the hula hoop passed awkwardly from shoulder to foot, across every player. It wasn't graceful. But it worked. Then came the final stretch: music. Songs blared from a phone, and each pair had seconds to guess the title. Some knew it instantly. Some had no clue. Every right answer saved time. Every pass cost seconds. When the timer stopped, teams bent over, out of breath — but still laughing. That was only round one. Round two was already waiting.
